Natural gas service has been restored after SaskEnergy experienced a brief unplanned outage in the city of Moose Jaw on the morning of November 14, 2025. 

SaskEnergy Technicians have begun going door-to-door to assist customers in relighting and safely restarting their appliances, and to perform system safety checks. For customers who are not at home, the Technician will leave a door tag with a callback number to schedule appliance relights. 

Customers who think they smell natural gas, or are experiencing natural gas service issues, are asked to contact SaskEnergy’s 24/7 Emergency line at 1-888-700-0427.
